This policy explains what information LearnerKits uses, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors.
Information stored on your device
Language, theme, accessibility preferences, mission progress, and lab badges may be saved in your browser using local storage or an essential preference cookie. This information normally stays on your device and can be cleared through browser settings.
Analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may receive device, browser, approximate location, referral, interaction, and usage information. We use this aggregated information to understand performance, repair confusing pages, and improve simulations. Analytics does not load through our consent manager when you choose “Essential only.”

Advertising
If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve, measure, and personalize ads where legally permitted. Google’s advertising cookies may use visits to this and other sites. Visitors can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings and learn how Google uses information from partner sites.
Donations and service providers
When donations are available, the selected amount and locale are sent to Stripe to create a hosted checkout. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy. Hosting, security, analytics, and payment providers may process limited information to deliver their services.
Children and schools
LearnerKits does not require learner accounts and does not ask students to submit names, school records, or classroom profiles. Learners should not send personal information through email. Teachers and guardians should supervise use where required by local law. Advertising settings must be configured for child-directed treatment whenever applicable.
Retention, rights, and contact
Local progress remains until it is cleared in the browser. Analytics providers apply their own retention controls. Depending on location, visitors may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to processing. Contact contact@learnerkits.com with a privacy request.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The revision date above identifies the current version.
