Our editorial process is designed to make interactive learning content original, understandable, testable, and transparent about limitations.
How simulations are created
- Define a learning objective. Each activity begins with a concept learners should be able to explain or demonstrate.
- Select a model. Equations, rules, and assumptions are scoped to the educational question.
- Design observable evidence. Controls must produce clear visual or numerical changes.
- Test behavior. We test intended success paths, boundaries, deterministic calculations, and technical builds.
- Explain limitations. Simplifications and omitted factors are stated within the activity.
Sources and attribution
We prefer primary or authoritative sources such as scientific agencies, educational institutions, official documentation, and peer-reviewed work. Source links are included when they materially support the model. Licensed third-party assets retain required attribution.
Originality and advertising independence
Simulations, missions, explanations, and interface designs are created to provide original educational value. Advertising or donation relationships do not determine scientific conclusions, mission outcomes, or source selection. Sponsored content, if ever published, will be clearly labeled.
Corrections
Correction reports are reviewed against the model, source material, and intended grade level. Material errors are corrected promptly and may result in updated assumptions, tests, or explanatory text. Send reports to contact@learnerkits.com.
Artificial intelligence
Automated tools may assist development, translation, testing, or drafting. Content is still checked for fit with the site’s model logic and educational purpose. Machine-generated output is not treated as a source of scientific authority.
